The right network.
In TERVO, switch to the account you want to receive into, open Receive and select TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. Ask the sender to use that same network. The screenshots on this website are interface examples, not a receiving address for your wallet.
Share the public address
Copy the address or share the receiving QR code from your own app. Confirm the complete address and selected network with the sender. You can share a public receiving address; never send your private key or recovery phrase to receive a transfer.
Wait for the network
After the sender broadcasts the transfer, allow time for network confirmation and balance refresh. A sender’s screenshot is not confirmation of receipt. If a transfer is missing, check the transaction hash, destination address and network in the relevant block explorer.
